Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the postal service used.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or by phone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
